Timepieces

CHRONONATION offers a 1 year warranty on all timepieces purchased through our site. All Pre-Owned timepieces are covered for 6 months. Our warranty covers the original customer for defects under regular use such as: battery replacement, movement damage or a result of manufacturer's defect.

Since CHRONONATION does not sell its products through the manufacturer's pricing guidelines, we are therefore unable to provide the manufacturer’s warranty with the product.

Our merchandise is 100% authentic in its manufacturer’s source and components, but since we are not an authorized distributor, we are unable to provide the manufacturer's warranty. However, CHRONONATION stands behind every timepiece we sell by offering our own CHRONONATION Warranty. Please see our Our Commitment page for further details.

Our Warranty does NOT cover:
  • Scratches to watch crystal.
  • Damage to the bracelet, straps, screws, finish, buckle, or any other physical damage.
  • Damage due to sand and water.
  • Damage due to excessive wear and use (if noted, this will null and void the warranty even if other problems are covered under warranty).

Damage that occurs as a result of having the timepiece serviced by a third party will null and void the warranty from CHRONONATION. This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the manufacturer’s usage guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.

Please be advised: CHRONONATION will be obligated to repair a watch under the warranty. However, at the behest of the company, CHRONONATION holds the right to not repair the timepiece, but instead, refund the purchase price of the timepiece.

Jewelry

CHRONONATION offers a lifetime warranty to the original customer on all jewelry pieces. The jewelry must be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear.  This warranty is null and void if the piece of jewelry is damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or for any other reason.

Periodic Watch Maintenance

To ensure your watch’s water resistant capability, we recommend periodic inspection and maintenance of the case seals and gaskets every 12-24 months. This will help keep the watch movement safe from moisture and dirt, which over time can enter the watch and affect its ability to function properly.

All watch movements require periodic maintenance. We recommend that a mechanical movement be inspected for possible servicing every 3 to 5 years. Quartz movements should be inspected at each battery change.
